Inside Dubai’s crystal-themed Swarokski residence in Dubai Marina

Sparkle Towers at Dubai Marina, Dubai’s first crystal-inspired towers, with jeweled decor including sparkling lighting applications and crystal enhancements in the interiors, was launched yesterday, October 14, by Tebyan.
The property development company has projects based in both Saudi Arabia and Dubai and is aiming to complete unique residential, commercial, entertainment and hospitality projects worth more than AED1.5 billion ($409 million) in the next two years.
In partnership with Swarovski, the launch event was attended by Austrian ambassador, Peter Elsner-Mackay, Executive Board Member of Austrian crystal innovator Swarovski, Markus Langes-Swarovski, Tebyan’s Chairman, Sheikh Adel Al Hussaini and Tebyan’s Managing Director, Mr. Naji Alia.
Sparkle Towers at Dubai Marina is expected to be completed in December 2016, with a total built up area of 733,560.74 square foot.
Executive Board Member of Swarovski, Mr Markus Langes-Swarovskisaid: “This is a landmark project that will delight generations to come. We are thrilled to take crystallized luxury to another level in residential interiors, and delighted with our partnership with Tebyan.”
The complete project will comprise of three towers: first will be 29 stories high, the second will go up 14 floors and the third has 4 levels.
Key features in the building will include a retail area, state-of-the-art fitness club, residents’ VIP Crystal Lounge Saunas, separate swimming pools and Jacuzzis for men and women Valet parking, concierge service, Housekeeping packages (Upon request) and on-demand limousine service.
The units will have unobstructed water views, marble entrances, fitted with deluxe kitchens that feature granite counter tops and branded built-in stainless steel appliances.
The bathrooms will also have European brand sanitary ware and fixtures. Bedrooms come equipped with built-in wardrobes and bathrooms.
Kids will have their own dedicated swimming pool, Splash Park and indoor/outdoor play areas.
The project will include a 4 bedroom penthouse (2 units), 3 bedroom (20 units), 2 bedroom (116 units), one bedroom (160 units) and studio (80 units) arrangements.
Average net area of each of the units range from 344 square-foot for the studios and up to 3606 square-foot for the 4 bedroom penthouse.
