Tenants look set to find plenty of bargains in the studio apartment market, as rents have fallen for this property type pretty much across Dubai. We have the price details of six locations where you’ll get more for your money this year. The biggest savings for studio apartments are to be had in JLT, where rents decreased by Dhs8,946 per year, from February to July 2017. This is followed by Business Bay, where the saving over the same period was Dhs6,760 per year, and Downtown Dubai, which was Dhs3,858 cheaper per year in July than it was in February.
