The Eid Al-Fitr holiday is coming up, and if you’re lucky enough to be getting a long weekend then we've got plenty of suggestions for how you can spend it.

Buy one get one free at Seven Sands If you’re after an authentic Emirati experience this Eid then head to Seven Sands where you’ll get buy one get one free on a special buffet.
The restaurant is sat right on the edge of the beach at JBR, so you can enjoy lovely views of the Arabian Gulf while feasting on some traditional Arabic fare including hares, fish majiboos, lamb thareed and baby chicken mashwai.

Celebrate royally aboard the QE2 The QE2 has got lots of activities going on this weekend to celebrate Eid in a sophisticated fashion.
The hotel’s newest restaurant The Lido will transform into a spectacular funfair with a live band, a fully interactive play area and a load of delicious food at a special brunch on both Friday and Saturday from 1pm until 4pm.
There will also be a swanky Razzle and Dazzle Dinner Show on Friday and Saturday night where the Grand Lounge will become a glitzy speakeasy with live singers and dancers.

Check out one of the city’s most renowned brunches Traiteur Brunch went on hiatus for many months before returning last winter with a bold new look as part of Park Hyatt’s revamped The Promenade.
And now there’s another reason to check it out, as the famed Friday event returns for a one-off half-price edition.
