I am not at all happy with the service management.
The terms and conditions are not followed properly and changed as per whims and fancies of the junior / senior management, without information to the customer.
I am a victim for Dhs. 300/- in last week.
On enquiry with the management about above incident, they interpret the rule in their favour and does not entertain. At the end of day, the customer suffers.

Very poor food quality,&service.seems your staffs are not happy with something else,find out ,this is the right time for your internal review.Yesterday night I had food from your Nalukettu no proper care from your staff I watched almost all the tables the same .VERY BAD.
