location,friendly staff,nice pool,Mall of the Emirates opposite for shopping and food also metro,corner store for food essentials,nice hotel and atmosphere.a pleasant and friendly hotel,rooftop pool clean and welcoming.

the hotel is excellent value of money , the location to the metro stop and Mall of the Emirates ,We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and it was spacious, modern and very good value for money. The apartment is only a 5 minute walk from the Mall of Emirates and the hotel operates a shuttle service to the beach and Dubai Mall. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

was definitely good value earlier this year ;clientele mostly Mid East families with some European family tourists in between. Quiet but professional service. Felt very comfortable- would definitely recommend it but given it is now the 'off'season recommend that rates are negotiated with the management on the spot.
