Beautiful views from all angles. Rooms have huge windows, so there is plenty of light. New, modern, simple and tasteful furniture (a rarity in comparison to other hotel apartments I have seen in the UAE). Housekeeping twice a week - bins emptied on a daily basis. Bed linen and towels always pristine. Friendly and efficient hotel staff. Comfortable bed and elegantly designed en-suite bathroom. Good-sized kitchen that opens out onto the balcony (bedroom and sitting room also have direct access to the balcony). Large balcony with table and four chairs - sufficient space for clothes rack. Building amenities include three average-sized pools, squash courts and gym. Drawback is overly expensive internet currently AED 80 for 24 hours. Poor coverage of Etisalat phone network almost everywhere (using Du inside the hotel is viable solution). Overall, fabulous hotel apartment, wonderful location and fantastically priced. The Oaks is my first and only choice for a stay in a hotel apartment in the Emirates.

New hotel apartments in Jumeirah Lakes Towers. Very large apartments with ground to celling windows, beautiful view of Emirates Hills / Medows. Lake view on one side, other side getting ready. Drawback, no shops or restaurants around except for a Coffee shop in the bulding serving reasonably priced food.
Kids enjoyed the pool and a game of squash and shed some calories in the large gym. Will stay again
