The service and quality here is very lacking. Staff have no idea where things are, the wrong newspaper was sent to room, so-called butler service is slow-to-non existent.
And they add 10% service charge on items from the mini-bar. So upon checkout they make you pay a mandatory 10% for serving yourself.
