Dubai’s hottest new hotel

We had heard very good reports before we checked in. In fact we hadn’t heard anything bad about Dubai’s newest spot, despite its slightly inconvenient location in the middle of the Burj Dubai chaos. The fact that neither this, nor the construction-heavy views, dent the experience, speaks volumes about the quality of this hotel and the service on offer. We were lucky enough to stay on the VIP floor, with access to a private lounge offering food and drinks five-times daily for pampered guests. The room was spacious for a city hotel and had everything a business or leisure guest could ask for. The service was equally immaculate. Every detail at The Address screams style, from the modern art installations to the polished staff. Inside is slick and airy, while the outside area is one of the best in the city. The infinity pool, hammocks and sunken bar set the decked recreation area aside from anywhere else we have stayed in the city and the building work nearby has little impact on a day or two spent here. This is, in our opinion, the best hotel in town at this time and certainly somewhere which is well worth a visit. www.theaddress.com/en/hotel/downtown-burj-dubai-1-2

you havent been for the very overpriced brunch i take it? when the address first opened i called to see about the brunch and was told it was 380aed for a cocktail brunch and 450 if you wanted 2 glasses of wine! anyway booked 10 for the cocktail brunch - called again to confirm as the english of the res clerk wasnt great and yes it was confirmed! then i was called to check i was coming and it was confirmed again - so you can imagine my surprise to find the cocktail brunch is just 1 cocktail - bloody mary! after speaking to 3 managers they finally agreed to let us have cosmo as the cocktail - however it was still and expensive brunch and had i wanted to spend 450 aed i would have gone to mina salam and had a free flowing bar with great food and some ambience! then to top it all i waited over 40 mins for a taxi !! i wont be back for sure!
