We had heard very good reports before we checked in. In fact we hadn’t heard anything bad about Dubai’s newest spot, despite its slightly inconvenient location in the middle of the Burj Dubai chaos. The fact that neither this, nor the construction-heavy views, dent the experience, speaks volumes about the quality of this hotel and the service on offer. We were lucky enough to stay on the VIP floor, with access to a private lounge offering food and drinks five-times daily for pampered guests. The room was spacious for a city hotel and had everything a business or leisure guest could ask for. The service was equally immaculate. Every detail at The Address screams style, from the modern art installations to the polished staff. Inside is slick and airy, while the outside area is one of the best in the city. The infinity pool, hammocks and sunken bar set the decked recreation area aside from anywhere else we have stayed in the city and the building work nearby has little impact on a day or two spent here.
