Occupying a city centre location next to Satwa roundabout, this old fashioned nine-storey Aussie hotel delivers far more in terms of comfort, style and facilities than its mundane exterior promises.

The good position, attentive staff and faux-classical pool area attract a repeat clientele of business travellers and elderly tourists. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, but the furnishings, although in good condition, match the somewhat dated style of the hotel.

Most rooms have a clear view of the bustling streets below, and there are complimentary beach and airport transfers to boot. The hotel outlets are fairly popular, Aussie Legends is a good choice if you’re after simple pub grub.
