These pleasant suites combine self-catering convenience with five star service, making the place popular with long-term guests.

Handily located opposite the City Centre mall and a short hop from the Creek, Al Sondos will satisfy businessmen, although it is not really suited to the tourist trade. Getting a taxi can be difficult and you’re some way from the beach.

There’s an impressive burnt-orange lobby and the tiled rooms are clean, spacious and stylishly comfortable. Facilities include daily shoe-shining, turndown services and high-speed internet facilities.
