The staff at the hotel were exceptionally kind, informative and helpful. The only downside was when we arrived at 4.00 a.m. with two tired daughters only to be told by the snooty owner/manager that our room would not be ready until 12 noon!!!! We were exhausted so sat down in the reception area and through no fault of our own we fell asleep. The snooty owner/manager simply went beserk and didn't want us looking as if we were exhausted. Another member of staff (called Salmon) was so very kind and friendly and arranged a room for us as soon as he could physically get it prepared and cleaned. Thank you to Salmon and all the other kind members of staff but to the snooty owner/manager, I hope I never see your rude face or attitude ever again.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and am immensely satisfied with the room comfort, cleanliness and staff service. Its close proximity to Dubai's Museum and other points of interest will surely not disappoint the visitor.

The Indian restaurant is first class and includes entertainment.
