Lessons are taught by former Olympic athletes, who teach various skills using hand and leg movements, that will help transform the kids into underwater ballerinas. Synquatics boasts a challenging yet fun environment to learn water tricks – and at the end of each session, kids can look forward to practising choreography to accompanied music.

Yo! Kidz – Fun with Yoga
Yoga is a discipline that can lead kids on the path towards a calm and balanced mind, as well as helping them to build a strong and flexible body. Yoga helps to enhance concentration, self-esteem, maintain flexibility and strengthen growing bodies. Practising yoga requires focus to learn and master different moves, and the art of concentration is something kids can carry into their daily lives. Dhs65 per hour. Every Sun 3.45pm-4.30pm. Suitable for kids aged six to 11. GEMS World Academy. E-mail meetu@theholisticinstitute.org or nidhi@theholisticinstitute.org.
