It is all about having an appropriate and balanced diet. Kids need vegetables and fruit in their diet. Some great ones include — lentils, leeks, carrots, spinach, tomatoes, potatoes, brown rice, apple, banana, mango, red fruits, berries and water melon.

It is crucial to have meals at regular and recurrent times every day, in a family atmosphere. It is great for kids if they can socialise with parents with no mobiles or television during the meal time. Making meal times enjoyable is the perfect way to get kids to eat various foods.

One of our favouites is the salmon which is served with a spinach sauce. It is a great option! We don’t make anything that has been fried or anything too spicy. We offer lots of fruit and vegetable options!
