Bubble Run
Dubai’s first ever Big Bubble Run is sure to be super soapy fun for all the family. Grab the kids and a towel and head on down to the Autodrome to soak up the foam. Walk, jog or run through a 5K river of bubbles. It’s pushchair friendly too so even the tiniest tots can join in the fun. With a DJ on board to help you bop through the bubbles and a medley of family entertainment including face painting, bubble shows and more, it’s sure to be a unique day out.

Dubai’s Comic Con
Zap. Pow. Bam. Channel your inner superhero and jump on The Tumbler straight out of the movie Batman Begins. New Playground Fun

Three exciting new playgrounds have just been unveiled at the recently-opened Canal Residences retail promenade in Sports City. Parents can now enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner at one of the gorgeous cafés on the strip, whilst the kids climb, swing and clamber their way around the specially-designed play equipment. Will be all-the-more attractive once the canals are filled and the waterside walkways are completed. One to watch.

Mini Filmmakers
Young filmmakers can try their hand in the professional world at this year’s Sharjah International Children’s Film Festival. This is the first children film festival in the UAE, organised by (FUNN) Sharjah Media Arts for Youth and Children and established under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher Bint Mohammed Al Qasimi (wife of His Highness, the Ruler of Sharjah). Mini filmmakers across the UAE are welcome to submit their short films now.
