Dubai Marina Festival starts tomorrow

Festival is back with free street performances

Helping families enjoy the good weather before summer kicks in, the Dubai Marina Street Festival will take place from Thursday March 15 to Saturday March 24.

You’ll get to enjoy plenty of free performances, including 40 acts from countries including Canada, the UK, Italy, Argentina, USA, Japan, New Zealand, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Japan, Austria, Italy, Poland, Bulgaria, India, Singapore, Chile, South Africa, Ecuador, Guatemala, Scotland, Australia and Hungary.

Performances will feature different acts including music, sleight-of-hand, juggling, unusual skills, and much more.

The 10-day festival, which will have over 500 performances in total, is an annual event that takes over the Dubai Marina Promenade.

Families can enjoy food trucks and free family fun with street and trick performers, comedians, and acrobats.

Festival performances include The Jackie Chan Show from Japan, Todd Various from the USA, Theaker von Ziarno from New Zealand, and The Great Dave from the UK.

Other performances include The J Show from Singapore, The Checkerboard Guy from Canada, Simon Si from Poland, Santos Circus Show from Spain, and The Charlie Chaplin form Argentina.

Festival timings are Sundays to Wednesdays from 5.50pm to 9pm, Thursdays from 4.45pm-10.30pm, Fridays 4pm-10.30pm, and Saturdays 3pm-9.45pm.

This year marks the 8th anniversary of the festival, which began in 2010.
