They will play after the qualifying sessions for the race next to the Ferrari World theme park. Only fans with two or three-day tickets to the race will have access to the concert.
John Lickrish, managing director of Flash Entertainment, who are organising the concerts, said: "We are thrilled to have secured Kings of Leon to perform in Abu Dhabi for the post-race crowd. To attract a band of their stature who are in such great demand the world over is a tremendous coup for Flash and for the city. Their popularity is phenomenal and we are delighted that they are coming to perform at the Yasalam after-race concerts on Yas Island."

so if we don't go to watch a bunch of fast cars race around a track, we can't buy tickets separately for just the concert? it's a bit absurd to me that fans of jamiroquai and leon will dish out 500 dollars just to go see them.
