Chaos at Guns N' Roses Dubai show Arnaud Flambeau, managing director of Flambeau Luxury Trading DMCC, who brought the tattoos to Dubai, said they are already proving popular in the emirates. “It’s like jewellery for the body, but it’s also fun,” Flambeau said. “The tattoo is like a second skin and very comfortable to wear.
