Ramadan is likely to start today: Don’t forget that today is most probably the first day of the 30-day Holy Month. That means most daytime events will change their timings (so be sure to call first before you embark on an excursion), and don’t forget to respect the laws of the land. That means no eating or drinking in public for parents, and children should practice discretion too (although Muslim children are not required to fast until the age of puberty).
