Try a hatha yoga class at Al Badia: Al Badia Golf Club is now hosting outdoor hatha flow yoga classes. Held on the lawns outside the clubhouse, sessions are suitable for both beginner and advanced students. Dhs60; free for members on Mondays. Dubai Festival City (050 478 4726).
A feast to mark Vietnamese Tet:

A Cantonese-style Chinese New Year:

Go wild for art at Al Ain Zoo: Don’t miss the huge art tent that’s hosted by the Abu Dhabi Music and Arts Foundation. It will be running art workshops for kids aged four to 15 from today until February, to encourage kidsto develop an artistic link with the natural world. Free for zoo ticketholders.
