Head to a new ladies’ night at Zinc: House producer Hausjacker flies in to fill the floor at Zinc. Expect free bubbly before 1am and a VIP table for groups with five ladies.

Go pearl diving: Sign up to Jumeirah’s authentic pearl-diving experience, where you’ll be taught how to dive for pearls from a traditional dhow. There’s a buffet lunch served afterwards.
