We told you last week we’d heard that Katy Perry could be coming to Dubai in November. While it’s all still very hush-hush, we’re now hearing that it will actually be in December – and that she won’t be alone. The good news is that she’s tipped to be sharing a double bill with chart-topping R&B star Usher; the bad news is that we’ve heard the event, said to be on Saturday December 8, is likely to be invite-only.
