Now, with both Dubai and Gordon Ramsay’s global ambitions back in full swing, the celebrity chef will open his second Dubai venture in autumn 2015 at Atlantis The Palm. Following the closure of La Brasserie at Atlantis The Palm (once Rostang, the restaurant of French chef Michel Rostang), chef Gordon will be taking over this space to launch his own concept: Bread Street Kitchen.
Originally opened in London’s St Pauls area, Bread Street Kitchen has since sparked Ramsay’s global revival, with the launch of Bread Street Kitchen in Hong Kong, currently opening in Singapore, and now on the way to Dubai too.
Bread Street Kitchen is a relaxed restaurant and bar, with an casual dining menu.
On the London menu you can expect to find dishes such as potted salt beef brisket with grain mustard, piccalilli and buckwheat crackers; English pea soup with curry spiced lobster; short rib beef burger with Monterey Jack cheese and spicy sriracha mayo; roasted sea trout with spring vegetables, samphire, palourde clams and aromatic broth, as well as a number of dishes prepared on the josper grill.
Bread Street Kitchen Dubai promises a similar mix of European and British notes to the new menu.
