The Milky Way of the Mice:
Everyday life and imagination merge in Spanish painter Ivana Flore’s first solo exhibition in Dubai. The Milky Way of the Mice, being presented at The Mine gallery in Al Quoz, highlights mythology and fables, but the role of fantasy isn’t surrealist. It’s rather an attempt to express the relentless demands of daily life, while also making the world more understandable and redeemable. Free. Until October 10. The Mine, Street 8A, Al Quoz (04 379 1704).
