He revealed that what he walked in to was no less than incredible, as fans waiting from early in the morning to secure a spot went wild during his visit for the first time in a while.
“Wow the fan reaction is amazing here,” he shared. “I met so many lovely people. I’ve not been in Dubai for six years so it’s great to be back. The store looks really great, you can see how happy everyone seems. It’s amazing.”
The sportsman and model was at the Pride of Britain awards the night before but looked fresh as he donned a ‘Miami’ T-short from adidas for the occasion.
Despite his ode to the Flordia city, he spoke about how much he loves this emirate.
"I always love coming to Dubai - it’s a special place that’s constantly evolving, just like adidas and their stores,” he said. “Spending some time here today, it was great to get a sense of the energy people have for sport. In Dubai I’ve met people from all around the world who are united in their passion for sport."
And the mall was not the only place he stopped at. Afterwards he grabbed a bite to eat at a restaurant popular with the stars, Nobu at Atlantis The Palm.
We’re told “he was accompanied by two friends and they sat at the sushi bar for about two hours, interacting with the chefs who he later took the picture with”.
