Mardi Gras Live bands, international DJs and entertainers will be on hand to help revellers see in the new year. There will be three VIP sections: the middle deck VIP area is Dhs3,500 per table of four, including a large bottle of bubbly and tapas platter; the beach and lower deck VIP lounge is Dhs5,000 per table of eight to 10, including beverage package; and the upper deck platinum area is Dhs1,500 per person including a bottle of bubbly on arrival and buffet dinner. Dhs200 in advance, Dhs250 on the door.

does that mean that we've to pay dhs250 and dhs 200 over and above the dhs 1500 that we would pay for a platinum deck ?
