Sanctuary may have closed its outdoor dance areas, but good old 360° is still going strong into the increasingly summery heat. Then again, the place is stupendously popular – so much so that there would probably be riots (or at least lots of foot-stamping and letters to Time Out) if they decided to close now.
Thankfully there should be no bad vibes on May 13 as Aussie club night Onelove returns for another monthly set, this time with DJ Reelax at the helm. Reelax, if you missed his set in Dubai this time last year, is a three-time winner of the DMA Australian DJ of the Year award and is a fixture in Adelaide’s DJ scene. He’s been playing his eclectic form of dance music (incorporating techno, soulful house and electronica) for 10 years, during which time he has shared the stage with Mr Oizo, Felix Da Housecat, Juan Kidd and Dirty South. So he should be able to provide a cool set, no matter how hot the weather gets. DJ Reelax plays Onelove at 360°, May 13, free.
