That the last two Sandance events have sold out – and, with talk of a reduced capacity for this seventh event, competition for tickets could be even greater this time around. This week’s festival features perhaps our favourite line-up so far, with ‘I Predict a Riot’ indie rockers Kaiser Chiefs headlining and a closing set from DJ monolith Armand Van Helden, who saw out the first ever Sandance with a fantastic set back in October 2010. Then there’s beats and rhymes from Brit hip-hoppers Rizzle Kicks (pictured), expert mixing from Zane Lowe and retro pop grooves from Soul II Soul. We say it every time, but with the next event now set for Friday May 4, how can they possibly top this bill?
