Hailing from Cairo, the 16-year-old landed onto the urban pop scene recently when she was signed up by Sony Music. The songstress has so far released her debut single Snow and an album can be expected this year.
The festival will serve as an introduction to her music for many, who will attend on the Thursday and Friday to see the likes of Eva Simons, Red Foo of Black Eyed Peas fame, Darwin and MistaJam.
Weekend ticket sales are reportedly strong and it’s no wonder, with thousands of people signing up for pre-sale. Last year 22,000 people attend over two days with acts including Iggy Azalea, The Script, Kid Ink and Bastille.
Its inaugural year 2014 saw Zane Lowe, John Newman, and Tinie Tempah take to the stage to entertain crowds.
