Winning one award is worthy of anybody's respect, winning two is terrific, but to walk away with three Time Out Dubai Restaurant Awards in a single night is amazing.

Which is why we grabbed restaurant manager Dennis Tels as he came off stage to ask him how the team would be celebrating.
