Amazing restaurant.I would definitely go back.

My first review I have posted.... just had to. What a great meal. The whole experience was superb. Getting the boat out to Stay made it very unique also. Quality of food was stunning. Rushing back again soon!

Expensive but it was worth it! The best dining experience I have ever had in my entire life! Delicious and very tasty food! Excellent service, friendly sommelier and very romantic location.
Great job! Bravo!

We were at STAY yesterday night and we have been delighted!

My husband had the epicurien menu and said it was really good.. There is half a meter desert coming with that menu which was first of all beautiful to the eye and and delicious.... Their macarrons, raspberry sorbet are unforgettable...
I had duck foie gras and duck again as main course and it was amazing!

The service is really good, attention is given to every detail...

This restaurant is a must!!!

We went there for my wife's birthday. Far away but it gives it more exclusivity which makes it a unique place.

The restaurant is average size so you are not bothered by people noise. Very romantic you feel in a different place. The staff is friendly and well trained. They just make enough to make you feel you are important for them ! They don't come to disturb you every minutes which is a good point. Teddy the manager was very nice and the chef came at the end of the diner to discuss with us. Definitively a plus as you really feel you are in a French restaurant with all you could imagine from it.

The food was amazing. We took the Fois gras with passion fruit. A delice! Then Wagyu with pepper sauce. I finished all the sauce! My wife took the confit lamb. Cooked during 4 hours! I hate lamb. But I must admit this was very good!

Dessert are made from the 'cake bibliotheque" where you can help to prepare your desert. Very nice to have some technical explenations from a professionnal! Not to muntion that the desserts are to die for! I had the Cheescake which come in white chocolate balls!

At the end, it was a 800AED night, but it really really diserved it. Bravo!

For the record, the only bad point was the tableclothe which was crumpled and they didn't have a hide price menu for my wife (when you don"t want your wife to know prices that's a problem) ...Details.

This one is literally located at one end of the Palm Jumeirah crescent as that is where the road ends. Elegantly welcomed and seated, dining concept explained.
4 different servings of amouse bouche offered. Enjoyed the fresh bread and butter while I waited for the foie gras to arrive while sipping orange juice. Foie gras takes some getting used to because of the sour-sweet passionfruit layer on it. It comes as 2 circular pieces and is served with toasred garlic bread. Very smooth foie gras. For the mains course it was the 200gm beef fillet served with béarnaise and peppercorn sauce and with a side dish of gratin dauphinois. Spinach and mushroom dish separately ordered. The gratin dauphinois was indeed great and creamy. Spinach was good though a little undercooked and watery. The medium-rare fillet went so well with the side dish and béarnaise in particular. The gratin dauphinois was described as out of this world by the waiter and I realize that I should have listen to their recommendation of trying the black pepperd beef fillet ‘Café de Paris’. 3 pairs of sweet treats – lemon tart, strawberry macaroon and raspberry choux served before desserts are served which I declined dessert. More sweet treats followed which I am told is regularly served to all guests whether desserts ordered or not. Seemed too much for me. The ambience, food and service were satisfying indeed though dining here is not cheap.

For those who want to try more dishes in one sitting can opt for one of the 2 tasting menus. Gourmet (2 starters & 1 main) for Dhs. 420 and Epicurean(2 starters & 2 mains) for Dhs. 650.

The decor of the resturant is amazing.... You feel transferred to another place..... The pictures cannot do justification to the actual decor.
The service is excellent and the waiters do explain the menue. However, the menue is very limited for choices.
We started with Spinach Canaloni and Mozarella Salad... The cheese was amazing, hard crust and soft aliquidish from inside.
For Main, we had different items that were all good. The mashed potato is a must to try at this place
As a typical fresnch resturant, the portions are small but this gives you room for desserts.
The dessert are amazing, specially the chocolate mousse cake and the macaroons....

By far the best restaurant in Dubai. OK - so it is a pain to get to (unless you are staying there of course) but please do yourself a favour and make the effort.

The food was perfect and for Dubai very reasonably priced. The staff are imperious and are genuinely excited about serving this food.

Go for one of the tasting menus - as the dessert that comes with it will knock your socks off.

I was staying at the hotel and got the whole menu 'free' on the half board option. Now whether that will last is a different matter.

Incredibly good food, impeccable service - especially the brilliant French sommelier - and a great, if not cheap, evening.

If you like places such as Verre then this is well worth a visit.
