Expect a warm welcome from friendly staff, while gentle strains of soft classical music played by expert musicians adds to the ambience. It is five-star fabulous, but not in a stuffy, pretentious way; however, the only thing diners will remember is the food ... the glorious food. This is how it should be: tender, melt-in-the-mouth meat, aromatic bread and fresh vegetables all delicately prepared, with flavours that excite but not overwhelm. Many will argue that Handi is a little too out of the way to go for a decent curry and they are right – you don’t just go here for ‘good’, you go here for ‘great’ and a trip there is, in our eyes, always going to be worth it.

I would say Handi is one of the best Indian Restaurants. Best food, service and ambience. Highly recommended for a cosy romantic evening for a couple or a nice dine out with family friends. Great food, try out the murg biriyani ... the chicken just melts in your mouth. Looking forward to our next visit with family :)

The best Indian restaurant
in the whole of UAE.
The Dal Handi Lentil is superb,the Gelavati Kebabs
are so soft and smooth that it melts in your mouth.
The Biryani is the best in the whole of UAE.
The service is very quick and the people are friendly.
The cooks are from the royal family and this can be known from
the authentic North Indian food that is served. The decor, ambience and the service is
so good that it makes one feel special as a Nizam.

The food is too good for words! Master Chef Rasheed Querishi is Superb! with his perfect authentic Indian taste.. amazing. So also the service of the friendly staff there is very inviting and warm, they make you feel so good. Handi also has tabla players with great Indian music and gazals…. Cheers! Handi!

Needless to say, the best Indian restaurant by far. Start to finish is an experience that is consistantly delivered by the entire team without fail. Dont mis it! you feel special the moment you step in there.

Truly Fantastic Curries and Biryanis. Very Good Staff & Restaurant Manager and not forgetting the Qureshi Brothers Rasheed & Shahid do a fanstic job. All in all great teamwork and consistent quality.

When ever i visit Dubai, i always prefer to visit Handi.Awsome food,good taste,good atmosphere,smiling faces of staff and surely best chef, CHEF RASHEED QURAISHI.

No doubt HANDI is the best restaurant in U.A.E. It is best authentic indian restaurant ,which serves traditional Awadhi cuisine as well as give touch of modernity ,with same quality consistency & ofcourse taste.I wish always to visit this restaurant and have food of my choice with the hand of great chef "Chef Rasheed quraishi".

One the Best Indian Food with a very nice blend of spices. I ate in this restaurant a couple of tiimes and have always been greeted very well by the Manager and have been personally looked after by the Chef.-

I have been eating there for last 2 years and am amazed with the consistency of food and service.Ritchey also found it as one of the best restaurants in the world in terms of flawless service against specified standards.The warmth of the staff and the food quality makes it a leader and a benchmark.My vote for Handi-the cooking bowl in every kitchen.

Notwithstanding the fact that I have a weakness for Taj hotels, I found their service efficient and unobstrusive. The dishes recommended were simply superb and I have recommended this restaurant to connoisseurs. Music was an added bonus. Looking forward to my next visit.

Some of the best dishes served like chilman subz e bahar -veg biryani,galavti kebab-served with paratha ,machli pakora-fish appetizer are awesome and cannot be found anywhere else in the whole of UAE. The Service is Good with lovely Indian music and Indian Decor. It is indeed the best Indian restaurant in Dubai and a home away from home. We always have our family gathering in Handi. It rocks!!!

The lasooni jheenga-tandoorir prawns are awesome.. Dont miss to taste them. The Staff at Handi are friendly and quick. The ambience , decor and music give the royal touch.
