The venue oozes a sophisticated class unseen at many of Dubai’s Lebanese eateries (though this is no bad thing) – think cream furnishings and large windows create combining to make an airy, relaxed environment. The staff live up to the aesthetic, ghosting to and fro, ferrying lovingly made Levantine staples such as shish taouk (served with succulent chicken and bread), as well as more ‘international’ dishes such as avocado and shrimp salad ( a dish that works because of quality ingredients). Yes, the food is costly by comparison to other Lebanese restaurants, though as you mop up every last morsel of each dish, you can’t help but feel it’s worth it.
