Jamie's Italian posh chips: You'd be forgiven for not expecting really great chips to be served at an Italian restaurant, but then not every Italian restaurant is founded by cheeky-chappy Brit chef Jamie Oliver. Thin, crunchy fries are served in a smothering of truffle oil and parmesan, yet maintain a delightful crunchiness, which preserves the potatoey taste. The Italian addition of parmesan seems to bring out all the more flavour.
