Best chips in Dubai

Left Bank sea-salt chips: Served in a mini metal pot lined with Left Bank-branded paper, these beefy chips come with a liberal sprinkling of sea salt, plus ketchup and barbecue sauce on the side. They're crispy on the outside, mercifully free of that oily flavour that often comes from over-fried chips, while the inside is nicely light and fluffy. Our only quibble? Some of the fries are crunchier than others, so we ended up nabbing all the delicious crispy ones and leaving the rest.
