Pain bagnat at 101
This Niçoise salad starter isn’t the most artful item on 101’s menu, but it’s one of the tastiest. The soft bread, tuna, radish, tomato, anchovy and quail egg is a frighteningly fresh combination; its only downfall is that it’s so generously proportioned, it takes a real appetite to go on to conquer your mains.
