Don’t get us wrong: this dish, served at super-cool Chinese restaurant Hakkasan, is pretty good – the meat is lean and slightly gamey, and the yellow-bean sauce adds flavour. But, as we mentioned in our review, we can’t figure out how an ostrich found its way onto a Chinese menu.
