Spectrum on One, Fairmont Dubai: The old dame of the Dubai brunch scene is still very much one of the best in town. The variety is huge, yet quantity isn’t a substitute for quality – from the sushi to the premium oysters to roast beef and Yorkshire puddings, every food station you end up at is going to satisfy.
