Expertly tucked away at the back of the Grand Hyatt Dubai, this decently-priced eatery is always busy and it’s no wonder considering the quality of nosh coming out of the open-plan kitchen. The small restaurant is loud and buzzing with the sound of woks frying, noodles boiling and the noise of chopsticks on soon-to-be empty plates. The lunch-time service has a bustling hawker feel and diners sit wherever they can get a perch for Chinese and Vietnamese delicacies cooked with good quality produce. The Vietnamese beef pho arrives with two good handfuls of fresh herbs, sprouts and limes and the broth is a nice mix of stock and herbs. The salt and pepper squid is also very tasty, fried in a light batter with Chinese spices and sprinkled with spring onions. It arrives at the table piping hot and is as tender inside as it is crunchy outside. For around Dhs250 for a meal for two, you can’t go wrong here.

I am a fan of east asian foods,I quite agree with what "TIME OUT" editor said about the beef noodle soup,it is the freshest soup ever,However I do recommend any body who caught cold to try that,It is really soothing and refreshing
