Who ever wrote positive comment obviously doesn't know what means a good customer service and good food.
I was forced to sit in that restaurant for many years since my work is near by and shisha which my friends consumed where offered.
Unfriendly unprofessional staff, pizza is not bad, but not as good to be recommended.
Definitely they wont see my face again.

This was our second visit to this Century Village outlet, and surely the last. Our "fine dining" experience started when the waitress was clever enough to place smoking shisha ordered by someone from the neighbouring table, with burning coil about 30 cm away from my 2-year old son sitting on a baby chair. Needless to say that we moved to another table. Food. No local water available, AED 25 for a bottle of something "very Italian". Main courses: trout was overcooked, dry and sour; veal was very tough. Ravioli with cheese and spinach seemed to be just ok, and beef steak was the only dish that made the guest happy. Well, its price was AED 89 so I guess it should. By the way, a person who ate steak got stomach upset right after dinner, but it might have been caused by Carlsberg. Overall conclusion: never again. Thank you.

Tried La Vigna on 12th May for Dinner, Must say its a gem tucked away in the hustle bustle of Dubais dining venues. Had a great experience, staff were courteous and organised a table in less than 5 minutes when there whole restaurant was packed at 9 pm. I guess the first impression did not let us down. Enjoyed the Food, Service and Outdoor setting. A must try.

Went to La Vigna last night with my family. Our first waiter had no knowledge of the menu. The second waiter remained curt and almost rude. She refused to smile during the whole time. The food we ordered was bland, stale and cold. The portions sizes were small and prices were exorbitant. Would never go back to La Vigna or recommend it to anyone (incl. my enemies)

Came with family in tow who were indeed surpriseed to discover a palce offering lunch during Ramadan. Deep fried seafood for starters with pasta and lasagna for mains.
The bill gets inflated with another 20% as taxes which means it's a tad expensive.
