I went today with my partner which is japanese, and we got served the most plain and untasteful lunch ever.
First of all, the Yakisoba, was more tasting like a ketchup spageti you would get in the supermarket,
Second, the chicken teriaki was very dry which make me suppose that it is pre-cooked, with my experience of food, at least 2 days ago.
Then, the gyoza has also an oldish taste.
Even with the city card discount we paid as much as we would pay in a decent 5 star hotel japanese restaurant.
To summarize, it is surely japanese, but it is obvious that no japanese taste is employed, and it is adapted to the pallet of the servers which gives the food a deep fillipino and indian influence -

I love the food at miyabi.
Miyabi, I think, has a variety of food that can satisfy people with different tastes.
From it's fresh food to the atmosphere that makes you feel at home-
My personal favourites are the Kani Salad, the Volcano Shrimps, the Cali Flowe roll, the Wakame Salad, the Mochi Ice-cream, and the Miyabi Carrot cake.
I've been to miyabi numerous times and I've ordered it at home quite often.
I just wish it had more branches around Dubai. -

I went to the restourant with a friend of my. It was my first time to eat there. The sushi was amazing ! Sashimi is also one of the best I have ever tried. Everything is so fresh and the quality is the same as in Buda Bar, but compare with the price Miyabi Sushi is times cheaper which makes it good bargain. I highly recommend it to all of my friends!

simplicity of the decor makes it comfortable, when you approach the place you feel the Japanese impression of a restaurant but it needs more work.
food was fresh and nice, as i only tried salmon and Tuna sashimi and Nagiri.i was disappointed with the green tea cheese cake as it doesn't hold any green tea flavor.
overall pricing is reasonable and i would love to go back again

Terrible food.
Its not Japanese restaurant at all.
They were playing Korean dama on TV and playing Korean songs.
Service was okay.
If I want to go to casual japanese restaurant I will go to Bentoya.
Service is bad there but food is much better there.
I will never come back to MIyabi. -

The food is great and made as if you were eating it back in San Francisco, CA. Best in town.
