I enjoyed the stay at Carnevale and was surprised not only with high quality of food but with amazing service team provided us. We have dinned in one of private rooms at Carnevale and experience was excellent! My veal ravioli and my friend food was great and awesome flavor, enjoyed it so much as all our requests were answered and done very prompt

Thank you very much and we will be definitely back again to dine with you.

I read the Timeout review above and thought they may be wrong. How wrong I was! We were ushered to sit in the 'other half' of the restaurant, across the corridor, so we asked if we could sit in the main part, with the nicer decor. It was so quiet in there, you could hear a pin drop and we had to ask them to turn the music up. I'd seen more life in a diused morgue. Before we even ordered, we were asked by the waitress if we were planning on using any vouchers. We told her we were going to use an Entertainer voucher... perhaps that's why they brought us the lowest quality, over-cooked, salt-ridden tuna 'steak' that even my cat wouldn't have wanted to eat. My husband had steak, which instead of medium rare, arrived well done. The starter was slightly better (plate of cold meat) and the wine was reasonable. The menu was very limited though and we struggled to find something we really wanted to eat, especially for a non-mushroom lover like myself. There's no way we'd return there, especially with so many other better quality restaurants in Dubai which are much more reasonably priced.
