Sea World is a comfortable and simple restaurant, dominated by a large fish counter at the back of the venue. There are dozens of varieties of fish on display, and the staff will help you choose your fish and put it into cute little trolleys ready for weighing. Fish can be steamed, grilled, fried, oven-baked… you name it, and there’s a choice of sauces, too. The staff are relaxed, yet knowledgeable to suggest what cooking style and sauces work well with each type of fish. Generous accompaniments of noodles, rice and vegetables accompany meals here, making for quite a feast. Despite the simple approach to ordering, it’s not the cheapest place to dine. But if you’re looking for a fresh and delicious seafood meal, you can’t go far wrong.
