We went to Reform Social last week Thursday with the family. The food was good, however, the service was not. The first problem arose whenwe tried to book a table over the phone to be told they had no availabilty, however we went onto the website and managed to book a table. The restaurant was not busy and so we were confused why they ran out of water glasses, so two of us had water in water glasses and two of us had to use wine glasses. Also another fault was the water bottle arrived before our glasses. I know this is only a small point but important to a me. Also we ordered bread for the table at the same time as ordereding our drinks. However the bread did not arrive! We received our main course and was told the bread will be some time. I do not think this is acceptable as we were waiting ages. My husband really wanted the pork chop but after some time of ordering we were told they had run out and he choose something else. So over the all dont expect great service but the food was not bad. I would go again once more to see if it was a bad day for them and to give them the benefit of the doubt. But I rally hope someone reads this and trains staff to rectify issues

We used to go to the Lakes Club regularly but this was the first try for the Reform Social and Grill. We have also tried many times their sister restaurants the Rivington Grill and The Ivy so had high expectations. What a disappointment! Terrible service, terrible food and terribly over-priced. Will never go back.

Thank you for your review - feedback both positive and negative is invaluable to us as a newly opened operation.
I was saddened to read that you did not enjoy your visit to Reform and would love to have the opportunity to discuss your feedback with you further.
With regards to our BBQ menu, this is a new addition to our a la carte menu that we run on a weekend and are currently developing the menu for. This has been more popular than expected and thus has seen us occasionally running low on some dishes. We are launching an expanded BBQ menu in the next couple of weeks and would love to get your thoughts on this.
Should you wish to discuss your visit further could I ask that you email your details directly to me at GMDubai@reformsocialgrill.com

I had the misfortune to take my family to this sorry excuse of a gastro pub. Made a reservation for a Friday night. The place has about 10 diners- I should have run for the hills. Anyway thought I would give it a chance. The BBQ menu had 6 mains. Ordered the lamb skewers- waiter came back and said they were not available, then ordered the sticky ribs- waiter came back said they were not available. He apologized a said he would send a salad for the table on the house- this did not appear. We ordered two kids portions and some bar food...a shocking aed 350. The service was not existent, I would almost call it rude. There were a few unruly patrons at the bar. In my 8 years in the Dubai, this has to the worst dining experience of them all. Avoid this place.
