I ordered some food - after they had cut me off and I called them back. Keeping in mind that there is a restaurant about 10 minutes from my location on the Palm, one hour for delivery is not acceptable.
It's Sunday and not exactly rush period.
I am fed up with places that promise "we deliver" and "we care", when in fact they do not.

I ordered from Noodle House and received what I consider to be the worst food ever made. It stank and tasted horrible. I love Asian food, but this was the worst food I have ever seen. It was offensivly bad, and expensive!

Firstly the menu doesn't give you any clue about the dishes u will order, unless ur very well aquainted with Chinese cuisine you will have a hard time, because there are no pictures to give you an idea about the dishes, and also very little discription. The staff are not much help either, they have very little to say about the food on offer.Plus there is no menu for kids.
The seating is very uncomfortable, it's like a bench so if you have a back problem I won't recommend it, especially if you wait for a long time until ur food arrives. We ordered 2 main courses, one arrived a good 10 minutes before the other, so should one eat and the other just watch or should we both wait until the first maincourse gets cold until the second comes along? The Seared Salmon with lime is a joke! The portion is not even fit for a child! If you had had a children's fish fingers meal it would have filled you up more! There's nothing special about it's taste either, just 3 rediculously tiny fingers of salmon you can sear at home accompanied by half a tiny lime, and the sauce that comes along is irrelevant, it is bland not to mention cold. And it's not the only thing that is cold, I had never thought it possible to get "cold fried noodles" but apparently they do that at Noodle House! The Beef fried noodles were cold and the portion was insuffiecient as a maincourse, lacking beef and taste, a noodle dish at any regular chinese place at the mall's foodcourt would have been much more decent than the one we got. What I found strange, is that the noodle house didn't have any kind of food aroma in its whereabout, which was really strange, it was like if we were sitting in an office not a resaturant. Even though they gave us a voucher for a free appetiser for our next visit, I doubt I will ever use it or even think about going there again.
