The worst service ever and a very bad service recovery (if any) from clumsy duty manager.Never going there again.

One of the worst restaurants I have ever been to, very bad service and very bad service recovery due to the following:
I asked for green tea and you wait for half an hour for your tea to come and then the waiter came with black tea instead , we had to wait for 15 minutes for the proper tea to come with 4 cups and saucers instead of two and the pot is so small that it can hardly fill two small cups and they say that this portion is for two , How , I don't know.
Very bad service recovery as I had an incident of the shiesha man throwing by mistake a big piece of charcoal into my hand bag thus burning it and burning my 2500 aed worth of Louis Vuitton new wallet , When I have spoken to the manager , he didn't show any sympathy and didn't even say the word sorry and he left .Appalling attitude!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and he made us pay the total bill of 270 dhs .I will never visit it again as it is expensive with very little consideration to the customer.

I love the food made me feel like I was in Lebanon. the service needs a bit of improvment but the food was very very good.

I recommend it as one of the best lebanese restaurant in town

It's a wonderful place, very nice, clean, & great food. Prices are acceptable & the service is more than great. Everything was delicious & the shisha is perfect....
