TOTALLT DISGUSTING ! service zero , they brought me smelling cups for water totallly smelling , they dont serve u what u precisely orederd , make sure to smelllll the glass u drink ! yuk . and something else yes the burger tastes like corned beef and the dressing of salads like rotten egges . i loved roadster in lebanon but here zero it is shameful ! i will never go there again and ido smell ur glass and order their mushrooom burger honeslt hardees mushrooms and swisss is better

I think this is one of the worst restaurant in Dubai,,, The one in Lebanon still not great but acceptable BUT this one is absolutely worth ZERO....
I dont recommend it to no one..... Sorry

They serve the worst burgers I have ever tasted in Dubai. The meat was terrible and chunky. Canned mushrooms on the burger? That's a disgrace!

I have been to the Roadster in Beirut so many times, & i would say it's good & consistent. The problem with a franchise is to understand the importance of the goods & the freshness of it's products.

In Lebanon the dairy products, meat vegetables cannot be compared to the goods of dubai market. It is not the same because the are imported over here & they will never be the same because of climate differences.

The experience in Roadster Dubai was not very pleasant & the place is too small & has a low cieling; smell of food from kitchen is strong.

The quality should be better, i am sure it will take some time & they will do just fine.
The waiters know what they are doing & talking about"very friendly" definitely..

My experience was not that great the first week Roadster opened. However, ever since then, I have been going at least twice a week for lunch or dinners, and it has been superb. Food is very tasty and the burger, also the Classic, is to die for in my opinion. Just like it is back home in Lebanon.

The store is too small specially on Fridays when it gets really crowded...

We have visited this restaurant twice now and have not been very satisfied either time. The first time,with friends, our food came in dribs and drabs; some of us had finished our meals by the time the others got theirs. Went back for breakfast and while we were the only customers in the whole place, it took a long time to get our order and not all the food came at once, again we had to wait.
If you want to style yourself after an American diner, please serve butter and jam/jelly with toast, do not charge for maple syrup for the pancakes and make the pancakes larger. The (tiny) pancakes also seemed to have been made much earlier and had been sitting on a steam table as they were tough and dry. I am also not a big fan of canned mushrooms in an omelet. Prices are okay and with a few improvements, this could be a good place to have a bite.
