This place is a must go in Dubai!
I'm from a Lebanese family in Brazil, and i can vouch for them that they represent the lebanese cuisine and cultural atmosphere really well!
Also, the shisha is well prepared and almost everything is well-cooked there!
Try the pomegranate chicken liver, the lobster and for dessert, tash kalieh!
Greeting from Brazil! =)

Beautiful setting in the marina, however, poor service, terrible chewy food and very unprofessional staff. I ll never go back, and advise you all to avoid this restaurant !!!

This was an amazing restaurant with impeccable service. I am not sure when this initial review was written but it is no longer accurate. I had no problem at all speaking English to any of the staff; they were welcoming and friendly and hope to go back there soon. The food that we ordered was brought out quickly and was amazingly prepared. After dinner hooka is a must if you are one to partake in that sort of thing. Our visit lasted about 4 to 4 and a half hours and in all of that time the only thing that I would change would be the cushions on the chairs, but keep in mind that was after sitting in them for 3 hours so not really a big issue. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in a heart beat.

I would like to share our horrible experience with Mir Amin restaurant at Jumeirah. First time we went there was 2 weeks ago at 6pm and they've rejected us because we didn't make a reservation, though only 2 people were dining in. They told us they're booked for 7pm. We have no choice but to find another restaurant. Partly my fault 'coz I forgot to make a booking. So on the way home, we passed by the place again and surprisingly found its empty! Prior to dining yesterday, I made a reservation a week before coming. Still the waiter told us COBONE VOUCHERS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON WEEKENDS as opposed to terms and conditions in the voucher. We waited almost 30 minutes for them to get our orders saying they're still checking our voucher numbers on their list. One customer went angrily because his voucher wasn't listed and got rejected to dine in. I'm always buying vouchers from cobone but first time I heard of this list by the way. Finally, after an hour our orders came! We observed that they only have one waiter, even the cashier and manager are serving and getting orders and because of this they prioritize customers without vouchers and keep on rejecting those who have! The waiter was so rude and treated us like beggars because we only have vouchers. These people are rubbish! They shouldn't make a deal if they can't handle it. Super poor service and bad experience! Never to come back again! No promotion or whatsoever can save them from closing unless they improve their services. They will inevitably close!!!
