We recently held at event for 55 guests at the Al Samar Lounge and were very impressed with their service. Arvin Doss was my main contact and was very attentive to the group's needs and always prompt in replying to my questions. He was extremely reliable and ensured me the event would go smoothly, which ended up beyond my expectations! We planned on having the Morning Coffee/Breakfast option but the Chef at the lounge should also be commended for making sure we had a great time and surprised us with a posh "high tea" set up rather than the normal self-service breakfast we were expecting. The outdoor terrace was already stunning with its amazing views of the Burj Al Arab but the thoughtfulness and attention to detail and layout of the food and drinks did not go unnoticed and was very much appreciated by all who attended . The service provided by Omar and the entire wait staff was impeccable starting with their prompt service and attending to the guests' needs to serving the drinks to going out of their way to ensure the guests were comfortable in the hot and humid weather by offering wet towels without me even asking them to do so! Everyone commented on the beautiful venue, great food and most importantly stellar service. It's not usual to see people go above and beyond, and I hope they are recognized for their efforts and I would highly recommend this venue to others!
