I eat here at a regular basis, meaning at least 2 times a week, mostly for lunch. The food is almost always amazing and moreover, very consistent. I think the pizza here is very authentic tasting and fresh. The sandwiches are an excellent to go option and the bread is by far the best I have had since Paris. For breakfast, I would absolutely advise the eggs Benedict, for a good lunch the hamour, for a lighter lunch the salmon tartine with a good squeeze of lemon!!
Oh and they opened a seating area at the terrace of Dubai Mall!

I went to breakfast and ordered an egg white omelette. The waiter repeated my order but I was delivered a regular egg omelette. When asked to have it changed, I waited 15 minutes only to be delivered scrambled egg whites. I spoke with the manager Mr Eli, who was preoccupied with his mobile phone and barking orders at the staff. He said that this is the way egg white omelets are prepared! Really? I have been to this establishment at least a dozen times and never had trouble. He proceeded to say he would check with the chef. He never came back to my table, never apologized and passed by without any eye contact three times. That is how you handle a customer issue?! I don't know how he can be considered a manager. He obviously doesn't put the customer first. In this economy, he can't afford to be so nonchalant

As with many places in Dubai, service here is inexistent... spent 20 minutes waiting for someone to take my order (only a couple of other tables busy so no excuse). Staff seem to be put on the job with minimal training, which is a shame as it weakens the brand of an otherwise very successful french bakery. Food is good however, just be prepared to wait!

We had a great bread platter with labneh and zaatar and then the most delicious and crispy pizzas that you can imagine! We then topped it off with an amazing chocolate fondant! Definetely the spot to go to - just beside the fountain and Burj Dubai!!
