Romano Macaroni Grill
American Italian Garhoud
From Time Out Dubai Eating Out 2009Unleash your inner child with waxed paper tablecloths and crayons at this Italian restaurant in Festival City.
The childlike scrawling begins when wait staff scribble their name on your table, but there’s nothing immature about the food. This eatery is part of a well-known American chain that has more than 240 locations worldwide.
It serves up fairly decent Italian grub in mammoth proportions, especially if you order the mushroom ravioli. Bring an appetite and dig in to a tasty range of seafood-infused dishes like lobster ravioli, or typical Italian desserts like panna cotta and tiramisu. Romano Macaroni Grill

I love this restaurant. Everytime we go to dinner we order the same food. I can't get enough of their fried calamari and I love the steak! IT SUPER DELECIOUS and juicy.
I always recommend this restaurant to all my firneds.

I love MG so much, and I go there like weekly, I can't get enough of that calamari its so yummy and fresh.
It's one of the best italian restaurants in Dubai that I'd go DAILY if I was living in Dubai.

Food was absolutely awful. Lasagne tasted rubbery and had what appeared to be a can of tomatoes poured over the top. Seafood linguine was bland, bland, bland. On top of it all a small bottle of aqua panna costs 16dhs, blatant rip off.
Only good thing was the service, shame they were let down by the horrible food. I wouldn't bother visiting this restaurant again, clearly the chefs need retraining and should taste their own fare before serving it out to the unsuspecting public.

The food was horrible!! Cheap mince meat for the meatball sauce, ending up with very fatty sauce. The chicken and shrimp scalopini were swimming in butter, thats all I could taste! My son dropped a glass of coke and no one came to change the table cloth, and when we told the manager about it all he said he was sorry, and next time he would make sure we will be well taken care of! He didnt bother to offer an alternative for the food that we did not eat! He blamed the lack of alcohol in food preparation that is making the difference from here to the US, but i never put alcohol in my bolognese, and its a million times better than what was served to us today in Macaroni Grill!!
A far far cry from MG in the US!!
